Terminal / Hacker - CRT terminal LVGL UI for ESPHome
Terminal / Hacker is a CRT terminal design pack for ESPHome LVGL: green phosphor on black, scanline overlays, monospace boot logs, [OK] / [FAIL] status badges, ASCII-style progress bars, and blinking cursor prompts. Each is a visual LVGL design you export as ESPHome YAML and bind to your own ESP32 sensors and Home Assistant entities.
The high-contrast monospace aesthetic is readable from across a room and looks great on both small and large ESP32 displays. It is ideal for status panels, server/NAS dashboards, network monitors, and any project that wants a retro-computing, command-line feel.
Use the boot-log and status screens to surface device state, the ASCII bars for metrics, and the cursor prompts for a live terminal vibe - all driven by your own ESPHome sensors and lambdas.
